Relevance is key to connection, offering valuable information and customized offers will earn top-of-mind status and reduce some of the age-old questions of when to send and how often to mail.

People pay attention to email messages for a few reasons - they are looking for information from you, you find them at the right time, they trust you, & or your message is relevant to their interests.
